Apparently, this is more or less a request for biographical information. I won't waste my time going into too much detail about who I am. You can click on this link for more information about me. Why Bratz? Why not My Scene, Secret Central, etc.? There are so many reasons why I chose Bratz and why I wanted to do this website devoted to them. The most obvious reason, of course, is that Bratz is the most popular toy franchise in the United States and the entire world, generating revenues of over $2 billion annually. Bratz also has appealing characters — characters that are targeted toward the teenage demographic and that reflect what takes place in the daily lives of teenagers. And, Bratz is the infrastructure of my imaginative and creative talents. But if you really want to know why I chose Bratz, click here to read this article. It seems to put everything in perspective, but all it took was a $26.00 investment at Wal-Mart after asking myself, "Should I take a chance on these dolls?" I am very happy that I took that chance and saw how that investment paid off. What does your Bratz doll collection consist of? To find out what's in my Bratz doll collection, click here. Who designed the Bratz Heaven website? Everything on Bratz Heaven — the graphics, the website's webpages, the photos, the fan fiction — was done exclusively by me. I did not hire a private contractor to design this website, since I always believe in the old adage, "If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself." Furthermore, the primary focus for Bratz Heaven was to create a website that was simple in design and concept, but packed a tremendous punch for everyone who visits it. Since I have been designing webpages and websites for over ten years, what I have done for Bratz Heaven was tweak what worked in the past, then expand everything and present a whole lot of things for everyone to enjoy. And after looking at what I had accomplished with building and creating this website, I can say that it was all in a good day's work. Why don't you update Bratz Heaven more often? Actually, I do update Bratz Heaven everyday; you probably just don't know it. There are several pages on this website, and I do the best I can to update just about every one. For example, I update the articles in the articles section, either by adding new articles or reediting existing articles that I previously wrote (almost all of the articles on Bratz Heaven have gone through several rewrites, and often because I was embarrassed and unhappy with the manner in which I wrote them). The collections are updated also. And, of course, I just update these pages because I want to (just like the pages of this F.A.Q., because there are several more questions not listed that I have yet to answer!). How do I find my way around Bratz Heaven? There are a couple of methods for navigating around my website. You can use the Website Map, or you can use this website's search engine to search for specific content within Bratz Heaven. What is The Bratz Heaven Jam? What is the track listing on the Jam's playlist? In order to affirm that Rap and R&B music is my favorite genre of music and the type of music that is associated with the Bratz dolls, I thought that it would be a good idea to construct a soundtrack on the main page of Bratz Heaven known as The Bratz Heaven Jam (you can't miss it — it's very easy to find). This soundtrack consists of a playlist, which lists a series of music tracks and the groups or artists who perform them. These tracks were chosen by me, as a means to construct the feel and vibe of the soundscape that saturates Bratz Heaven and the lives of the Bratz dolls. The following is a list of those tracks in the soundtrack of The Bratz Heaven Jam playlist, and this list is subject to change at any time as more tracks will definitely be added:
The Bratz Heaven Soundtrack is really simple to use. All you have to do is select a track from those listed in the soundtrack playlist, click the play button, and turn that sucker up. You can even play all the tracks in the playlist if you wish. Is Bratz Heaven dependent on Internet advertising? Bratz Heaven does cost money to keep running. However, it is a privately owned site, and therefore it has never in any way depended on Internet advertising for any kind of revenue. I pay the bills to keep this website running. Furthermore, you will never see any advertising banners or pop-up/flash advertisements anywhere on Bratz Heaven. If you have not known already, the Internet advertising market has substantially declined to the point of nothing. Most dot-com companies thought that Internet advertising was the way to make their businesses profitable and developed their business plans around it. However, their plans backfired and resulted in many of them either charging a fee for the services they offered or just simply going out of business altogether (more proof that you really cannot make a million dollars on the Internet). Although Bratz Heaven has a dot-com address, I have no intentions to convert it into a dot-com company. And, it would be illegal anyway, since Bratz are the property of MGA Entertainment and since the company does not want their products being used or marketed in a manner where people are profiting off them. Is there a Fan Club on Bratz Heaven that I can join? Yes, there is a fan club, the Bratz Heaven Group at Yahoo! Groups. Click here to join. The group is for all ages and all audiences, and membership is free and unrestricted. Can I provide a link to Bratz Heaven from my homepage/website/other? Absolutely!
