Let's cut to the chase about this: NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO and NO. Bratz Heaven is not affiliated with MGA Entertainment, Fox Entertainment Group, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, and it is also not associated with any other website or organization utilizing the same name. Furthermore, I am not an employee or someone who is "disgusing" herself as an employee at MGA Entertainment, and I do not represent MGA Entertainment or Fox Entertainment Group in any way, shape, or form. I am just an ordinary human being like you who is a fan of the Bratz dolls and who wanted to construct this website as a means of expressing my imaginative and creative talents. MGA Entertainment simply provided an infrastructure and a suggestion for those talents, and all I did was go to Wal-Mart one day and make a simple investment. That investment has paid off in so many ways, and I have tremendous respect for MGA Entertainment and its President and CEO Isaac Larian for having manufactured this wonderful product that has simply changed my life and the lives of everyone they have sold it to. I am hoping that MGA Entertainment and Mr. Larian appreciates the hard work I put forth in constructing Bratz Heaven and does not come down hard on me and "curb overzealous fans" for using the contents of their Bratz property to construct this website for all of you! Since MGA Entertainment takes its responsibility for the protection of Bratz and the rights it has granted to its authorized licensees very seriously, I should also point out that Bratz Heaven does not and will not use any copyright, trademark, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, and merchandising rights of everything associated with Bratz for commercial purposes whatsoever. Bratz Heaven is not an e-commerce website, and I am not selling anything related to Bratz or anything on this website in general. However, even though Bratz Heaven is not affiliated with MGA Entertainment, my Bratz fan fiction often references employees and other people associated with the company (e.g. The "Larian Center For Performing Arts & Sciences" is named after Isaac Larian, and "Kaufman Square" is named after the company's Executive Vice President of Worldwide Licensing, Sidney A. Kaufman). These references are completely non-libelous. Because MGA Entertainment owns everything associated with Bratz, I figured that the company should be proudly represented in my fan fiction. Also, this is my way of saying thank you to MGA Entertainment for manufacturing these wonderful dolls. Does MGA Entertainment know about this website Bratz Heaven? Yes, there are some people at MGA Entertainment that know about this website, including Isaac Larian. I have received great feedback from them regarding the photos that I have captured of my Bratz dolls. Do you have MGA Entertainment's contact information? MGA Entertainment can be reached at the following address(es):
You can also access their website at MGAE.com. What type of camera do you use to post your photography on Bratz Heaven? The type of camera that I use is a Kodak EasyShare CX6230 Digital Camera, which you can learn more about by clicking on this link. All the photography that I post on Bratz Heaven is done exclusively by me and done using digital camera equipment whose brand name is Kodak. And why not, considering Kodak is the world's most renowned photography and digital imaging company? In fact, to get an idea of the picture quality that results from using the Kodak EasyShare CX6230 Digital Camera, check out the beautiful photos of my Bratz dolls by clicking on this link. In September 2005, I retired my Kodak EasyShare CX6230 Digital Camera and purchased a new Kodak digital camera for my Bratz photography, the Kodak EasyShare V550 Zoom Digital Camera. And upon purchasing this digital camera and testing it out, I was completely amazed that such a small digital camera can deliver such incredible performance — proof that, yes, big things do indeed come in small packages! The Kodak EasyShare V550 completely obliterates the Kodak EasyShare CX6230, and you can learn more information about this outstanding digital camera by clicking on this link. Unfortunately, there is no "no frames" alternative available on Bratz Heaven. If you are using an Internet browser that does not support frames, it is recommended that you update it to the current version (for Microsoft Internet Explorer, the current version is version 7.0). Is there a version of Bratz Heaven available for Pocket PC users? This is an idea that I suggested to myself during the construction of Bratz Heaven. Unfortunately, it does not appear that a Pocket PC version of Bratz Heaven is likely to happen. How do I bookmark Bratz Heaven? To add a bookmark to Bratz Heaven, follow these simple steps:
Here's a much easier solution: When you access the website's main page, hold down the CTRL key and press D. Why does Bratz Heaven look like crap on Netscape, Firefox, Opera, etc.? It is not my fault that Bratz Heaven looks like crap on Netscape, Firefox, Opera, or any other Internet browser. These browsers use a codebase that is different than what Microsoft Internet Explorer uses to control and render the webpages on Bratz Heaven. If I wanted Bratz Heaven to be compatible with ALL Internet browsers, I would have to rebuild the entire website from scratch and rebuild it so that what works in one browser works on the other, and then on the other, and then on the other, etc. Constructing this website is a difficult and excruciating task as it is, and I simply do not have the time or energy to build several versions of the same website for several different Internet browsers. Microsoft Internet Explorer is my Internet browser of choice and the browser that should be used to view Bratz Heaven, because it is faster, simple to use, and displays webpages and websites correctly. In fact, 92% of web surfers use Microsoft Internet Explorer, despite the numerous security fixes that have plagued the browser's reputation. I use Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 to view Bratz Heaven, and I will continue to use Microsoft Internet Explorer to surf the Internet until some of these Internet web browsers (particularly Firefox) get their act together and get their web browsers right. Unfortunately, the more things change, the more they stay the same. Is Bratz Heaven a commercial website? Do you sell anything? Despite the .com address, Bratz Heaven is not a commercial website and has absolutely no intentions of converting itself into one. There is no online store anywhere on Bratz Heaven where I am selling anything. Everything on Bratz Heaven is absolutely 100% free. You do not need to pay a single penny to access the content on this website, and there are no sections on Bratz Heaven that are for "Members Only." If you don't see your question listed here, don't worry! I will add more questions to this list and try to answer them. Hopefully one of them will be yours. Just drop me a line here. | |
